Storage for a contact centre that cannot stop for maintenance.
Konecta operates BPO and contact-centre services. In 2016 it signed with Azuba for the supply of two Tintri All-Flash storage systems for a virtualised estate where calls are recorded, processed and stored in real time.

Service continuity and less time on storage incidents.
The contact centre records, processes and stores calls in real time. A systems stop for maintenance has a direct operational cost.
The criterion was not capacity alone: it was being able to spend operations time on the business, not on storage incidents and maintenance.
Storage designed for the virtualised estate.
Azuba reviewed the requirements with Konecta and proposed Tintri All-Flash, positioned for virtualised infrastructure like theirs, not as a generic array with a hypervisor added later.
The agreement covered supply of a pair of All-Flash systems.
Two Tintri All-Flash systems and visibility at virtual-machine level.
Two Tintri All-Flash systems serve the contact centre’s virtualised workloads.
Tintri Global Center is part of that model: visibility of what is happening on the system at any moment, so storage is operated at virtual-machine level instead of improvising array management.
