A storage platform that stops being a daily operational problem.
Atento operates contact centre services where availability is contractual. The storage layer supporting those services had reached the point where every capacity or performance decision required a project of its own. The deployment used FlashArray //X (then marketed as Pure Storage; the brand is Everpure since 2026).

- What Azuba did
- Architecture, supply and commissioning
Legacy storage with no operational headroom.
The existing platform had been extended repeatedly. Capacity growth, firmware maintenance and performance tuning had become recurring interventions rather than routine operations.
Any change touching production required planning windows that the service level could not comfortably absorb.
Design around the operation, not around the datasheet.
The selection criterion was not raw IOPS. It was whether the platform could grow, be maintained and be replaced without service interruption, and whether the operations team could run it without specialist intervention.
Azuba evaluated the workloads, the connectivity in place and the maintenance model before recommending a specific array family.
Two FlashArray //X arrays over Fibre Channel.
Two Pure Storage FlashArray //X arrays serve production workloads over existing Fibre Channel connectivity, preserving the SAN investment already in place.
Non-disruptive upgrades and the evergreen maintenance model remove the forklift replacement cycle that had shaped previous planning.
